These are the general rules for using our website and working with us; they are completed by the written proposal we agree on for each project.
Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and to the services provided by Madarek Digital Solutions. Where anything here differs from the written proposal or the contract signed with you, the proposal or contract prevails.
Proposals and prices
For every project we provide a written proposal setting out the scope, timeline, price and payment method. Descriptions of services and packages on this website are for information only and are not a binding quote.
What we need from you
On-time delivery depends on receiving content, access and feedback from you on time; any delay on that side delays delivery by the same amount. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you send us and for holding the right to use any images, text and marks in it.
Ownership
Ownership of what we design and produce specifically for you passes to you once it is approved and paid for in full. Tools, software and fonts owned by others remain subject to their owners’ licences.
We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Revisions
The proposal states how many revision rounds are included. Anything requested beyond that, or outside the agreed scope, receives an additional proposal before we carry it out.
Advertising and results
Ad budgets are paid to the platform itself and are separate from our management fees. We commit to careful planning, monitoring and accurate reporting, but we do not guarantee a specific number of sales or a particular search ranking, as these also depend on factors outside our control.
Cancellation
Monthly services can be stopped with advance notice as set out in the proposal. For projects, work completed up to the cancellation date is charged.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on external platforms such as Meta, Google, the app stores or hosting companies, but we will follow up with you and help you work through them.
