Privacy policy
Here we explain what we know about you when you visit our website or work with us, why we need it, and how we look after it.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote request form, the website turns your details into a WhatsApp message that you send to us yourself; it does not store what you type on our servers. The message includes whatever you choose to write: your name, business name, phone number, country, the service you need and your project details.
When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we keep the conversation and your contact details so we can follow up on your request.
The website does not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising, nor any visitor analytics tools. If we add anything like that in future, we will say so on this page.
Why we use your data
We use your data to reply to your request, prepare a suitable proposal, deliver the service we agree on, and contact you about it. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share your data only as far as the work requires: with service providers we rely on to deliver it, such as hosting companies and ad platforms; with WhatsApp when you choose to message us there; and with official authorities if the law requires it.
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your device’s internet address reaches Google, as happens on most websites.
Your project data
During a project we may need access to your accounts or systems, such as social media pages, your ad account or your hosting. We use that access for the project only, keep what we see confidential, and hand back or remove the access when the work ends or whenever you ask.
Retention and protection
We keep your data for as long as it is needed to serve you or to meet our accounting and legal obligations, and then delete it. We protect it with reasonable measures, although no method of transmitting or storing data online is entirely without risk.
Your rights
You may ask us what data we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and object to its use at any time. We will reply to your request as soon as we can.
Contact us
For any question about this policy or your data, message us on WhatsApp or call us on +90 501 377 81 52.
We may update this policy when our services or tools change, and we will publish the update on this page with its date.
